Gelu Maravela
Gelu Titus Maravela is ranked amongst the most prominent lawyers in Romania. He has previously acted as a judge with one of the Bucharest courts as well as an attorney with the London office of a Magic Circle law firm and an equity partner of a top tier Romanian law firm. Throughout his practice, Gelu has been lead counsel in a large number of high value projects and has worked for an outstanding number of high profile corporations doing business in Romania as well as for many public authorities.
Felix Tapai

Ramona Tudor
Ramona Tudor is a member of our tax advisory department. Previously part of affiliated tax advisory entities of major international law firms, Ramona assists important global and local companies in a variety of tax matters. She routinely provides advice on transfer pricing matters and provides assistance in preparation of due diligence reports, transfer pricing files and policies, offers assistance during tax audits and VAT refund, withholding tax, personal income tax and related social contributions, as well as with regards to the preparation of administrative challenges and other requests for National Agency for Fiscal Administration, etc. Ramona's strategical thinking is fast paced and she possesses excellent client care skills.
Adrian Cotoară
Adrian Cotoară possesses over 15 years of specialized experience in Finance and Management Accounting, having held various key roles in both Romania and the UK. His extensive work with multinational groups has equipped him with a profound understanding of leading ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle (JD Edwards). Adrian has consistently demonstrated his ability to oversee the daily operations of Finance departments, working collaboratively with Auditors, Internal Finance teams, and Accounting and Tax departments to ensure the accurate and timely completion of annual audit reports and financial statements. His skill set spans IFRS and Group reporting, proactive financial performance monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, and optimizing finance processes and reporting through the innovative application of technology. In addition to these capabilities, Adrian has successfully coordinated Finance Shared Services teams and taken on significant financial controlling responsibilities. His strategic approach to aligning financial operations with overall business goals has consistently driven positive outcomes for the organizations he has served. Academically, Adrian earned his degree from the Faculty of Accounting and Management Information Systems and is a recognized member of the Body of Expert and Licensed Accountants of Romania and the Romanian Chamber of Tax Advisors (CCF). His combination of technical expertise and strategic insight positions him as a highly valuable contributor in both consultancy and financial leadership roles.

Andra Cîrlan has over 4 years of practice in the accounting and finance sectors. She routinely provides quality accounting services for clients from various industry sectors, corporations and SMEs alike. She has experience in different accounting software and has excellent client management and communication skills. Andra is currently an intern at the Romanian Chamber of Certified and Chartered Accountants.
